Staircase, Lintels & Feature Panels

The Elcon system is designed to enable all structural components to be precast which entails the manufacture of the steel moulds necessary to precast the components. Many other systems do not precast stairs and therefore the time benefits gained by precasting walls, floors etc. are lost if stairs have to be formed insitu.

In addition, insitu casting invariably cannot produce the same quality finish as concrete poured directly against epoxy coated steel plate as in Elcon's precasting process.
